Robocraft is a creative construction game in which players layout voxel block robots to use in battle. Add guns, wings, wheels, armour, and hardware to create a machine that is damaging. A broad selection of building blocks enables gamers to design their own vehicle; however, they please. As players struggle, they earn Robot Points (RP) and Tech Points (TP) to unlock new parts. Tech Points unlock a broader assortment of weapons and cubes which are then purchased with Robot Points. Many weapons' courses make it possible for players to personalize their vehicle to fit their playstyle or try all of them and decide which they prefer. Once in battle, players must shoot each simple part off of a vehicle to destroy it; not killing them until the pilot is blown off his chair. After each conflict, tinker with your design to produce the ultimate robotic warrior.
The design and action parts of Robocraft nearly feel like two different games, and also the former is inarguably the refined and compelling half. At the start, you are purposefully limited in the amount of parts you can use and are invited to changing existing designs rather than create anything from scratch. But even starting with a blank page, it's all remarkably easy to fit the little cubes, and half cubes with each other, especially given you are using a joypad rather than the mouse and computer keyboard the match was obviously designed for.
As you would expect, everybody's immediately started trying to recreate their favourite pop culture icons, especially anything vaguely robotic, but the match copes well with everything from the HK-tanks from The Terminator to bipedal robots, vehicles that are ordinary, and flying drone kind inventions. The latter sound like they may unbalance the game but each of the robots is limited in regard to their maximum armour, speed, and power, so no 1 design has an unfair edge.
Obviously, lots of other individuals simply make whatever they need, from Simpsons characters to seemingly abstract designs. But then one of the major ready-built versions is a Tyrannosaurs Rex. Therefore that is all happily encouraged by the game.
